We reported to you few days ago that, three Asante Kotoko players are currently on trials at Moldovan champions FC Sheriff Tiraspol for a possible move.
The players included combative midfielder Richard Boadu, center back Andrews Appau and deputy skipper Mudasiru Salifu and a means to earn them a permanent contract will strictly be based on performance and nothing else.
However, Kickgh.com can exclusively report that, Richard Boadu and Andrews Appau have all returned to the country from the Moldova in what is described as ill performance, with only Mudasiru Salifu left to continue with the trials.
Sheriff Manager Stjepan Tomas is currently looking to strengthen his team in order to establish a redoubtable side to commence preparations towards defending their league trophy.
FC Sheriff Tiraspol after conquering the league in their country will hope for another awesome spell in the UEFA Champions League next season.
