Karela United's goalkeeper, Abdul Ganiu Mohammed, has clinched the esteemed National Ex Goalkeepers Union Award for his remarkable displays throughout February and March.

Ganiu secured the prestigious accolade after outshining competitors such as Benjamin Asare from Accra Great Olympics, Kwame Aziz of Legon Cities, and Felix Kyei of Medeama FC.

His exceptional performance during the mentioned period saw him maintain three clean sheets in seven Premier League encounters, contributing significantly to Karela United's success.

The team secured three victories and a draw, conceding only seven goals in six league matches throughout February and March.

As a reward for his outstanding achievement, Abdul Ganiu Mohammed will be presented with a set of gloves and a jersey courtesy of the National Goalkeepers Union.
