Head coach of Abrakese based Nations FC, Kassim Mingle has spoken candidly on his optimism as they host Heart of Lions on Sunday in the Ghana Premier matchday 10 fixture.

The bottom-rocked Eagles will battle it out with Heart of Lions at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex on Sunday in what has been termed as the clash of the wounded griffin's.

Mingle is confident that his players will overcome the threats of their fellow new entrants as he readies to capitalize on his home advantage.

“We are preparing just like we do in our other league matches to play them. So, we are on it preparing for Heart of Lions," Mingle said.

"Definitely, everybody is strong at home. So, once we are playing at home, they are expecting a win from us so we are also working towards that," he added.

Nations FC knows that a win will do them good to move out of the relegation peckings. The Eagles who are sitting 17th have 8 points, while Lions lurking on the 18th spot on the log have 7 points.
