Nations FC head coach Kassim Ocansey Mingle says he will improve the team by working with the players to help each of them fulfil their potential in the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.

In an interview, the 66-year-old who doubles as head coach of the new national U16 team has spoken about what he wants for the campaign ahead.

“The league is in a way that it doesn’t matter who you play first or last, The most important thing for us is that we have to make sure we improve on last season’s performance,” Mingle said.

Last season, Mingle lead the Abrankese-based club to finish seventh in their debut season in the Ghanaian top-flight.

Many observers have compared his style of management to that of former Black Stars boss and current Sudan national team coach Kwesi Appiah.
