Bibiani Goldstars Kelvin Oppong promised more of the same performance in his side's subsequent matches after his goal helped secure a 1-1 draw stalemate against Samartex.
The enterprising defender scored his team's equalising goal in the 80th minute after going down in the first half.
“I’m excited to score and I promise to do more for the club. I will urge the fans to keep supporting the team," Oppong said after the game.
Bibiani Goldstars will play host to Bechem United at the Dunn's Park in round five of the Ghana Premier League on Sunday, October 6.
