Ghana Football Association Executive Council member, Samuel Anim Addo believes that Hearts of Oak's decision to sack Samuel Boadu wasn't carefully thought true.
Hearts of Oak showed Samuel Boadu the exit door after three games without a victory in the 2022/23 betPawa Premier League.
Hearts of Oak lost to Aduana Stars before a stalemate with Great Olympics and Asante Kotoko.
Hearts of Oak are 14th on the league so far.
Unfortunately, the betPawa Premier League has been suspended due to Ashanti Gold securing an injunction on the league.
The 2015 GPL Champions were demoted after been found guilty of Match manipulations against Inter Allies in the 2020/21 season.
Samuel Anim Addo insists that Hearts of Oak wasn't fair to Samuel Boadu after ending their more than a decade-long trophy drought.
"Well, it is not a good one from my point of view because he (Samuel Boadu) has really done well for the club which hitherto struggled for trophies for many years,” he told Graphic Sports.
“Traditional clubs should learn how to maintain coaches to stand the test of time. The most successful managers stay for long,” he explained.
