Ghana Premier League side, Legon Cities FC have announced the capture of highly-rated young goalkeeper Kwame Aziz from MSK Zilina Africa FC on a three year deal.
The 21 year-old shot stopper impressed coach Paa Kwesi Fabin during the team’s preseason and endorsed the signing of the enterprising young goalie.
Aziz, represented Ghana at the 2017 U-17 AFCON and also at the World Cup at same level in tournaments where Ghana became runners up and quarter-finalists in the respective tournaments.
The ball-playing goalie has also been attached to the Black Satellites and Black Galaxies severally but however couldn’t make any major tournament appearances.
Kwame Aziz was adjudged the best goalkeeper at the 2022 Ramadan Cup tourney in the United Arab Emirates and also voted as that Most Valuable Player for his club in the 2022 season leading as the captain.
MSK Zilina Africa Football Club is a second tier football club in Ghana, affiliated to the Ghana Football Association with the aim of spotting football talents, nurturing and developing them into certain required standards and distributing them to clubs around the world.
