Tamale City FC left back, Leventius Arthur has successfully passed his Hearts of Oak medicals and is set to be unveiled by the close of the week.
The 21 year old has reached a personal agreement already with the 'Phobians' after a fruitful meeting with them.
After submitting an official proposal for Arthur's services weeks ago, Hearts of Oak received permission from his current side to enter into discussions which has been finalised now.
He is in the capital now and has passed his medicals and reports say he's signed a three year deal already and is set to be outdoored to the Hearts faithfuls very soon.
At just 21, Leventius displayed exceptional talent and dedication while playing for Tamale City last season, despite the unfortunate relegation of the team.
Prior to his stint at Tamale City, the enterprising lateral gained valuable experience and developed his skills playing for Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs.
He will not have to compete for starting berth against his former captain Dennis Korsah on the left side of defence
