Dreams FC have escaped the relegation zone of the 2021/22 Ghana Premier League season following a slim away win over Berekum Chelsea on Sunday afternoon.
The Dawu-based club inflicted a painful 1-0 home defeat on Berekum Chelsea in their match-week 33 encounter at the Golden City Park in Berekum.
Dreams FC were forced to make an early substitution after Fahadu Suleiman sustained an injury which got him replaced by Ofori McCarthy on the 29th minute of the game.
A first half strike from Slyvester Simba ensured Dreams FC all the needed points to maintain their Premier League status for the 2022/23 season.
Both clubs ended the fixture with ten men each after Kelvin Obeng of Berekum Chelsea and Maxwell Arthur of Dreams FC were sent off for unsportsmanlike behavior.
