In another of the day’s crucial matches, played at the Nana Gyeabour's Park, visiting Berekum Chelsea managed to put their recent road woes behind them by grabbing a point on their neighbors home turf and left their hosts in the 3rd spot.
With 54 points and top four on the horizon, the home side gifted the game in the dying embers after Clinton Duodu’s 10th minute goal.
Faithful Berekum Chelsea fans had to wait well beyond 75 minutes for the equalizing goal which finally came in the 78th minute via an expertly taken stunner by defender Edward Kpodo.
The tie earned Bechem United the 3rd spot on the log on 54 points. Berekum Chelsea however has the eight with 47 points.
