Medeama SC staged a perfect revenge against Dreams FC with a narrow 3-2 victory at the Akoon Park in match-week 28 tie of the Ghana Premier League.
The homesters started well by breaking the deadlock of the game in just five minutes from kickoff through Jonathan Sowah.
The visitors settled well in the game few minutes after and begun to mount so much pressure in search of the equalizer.
On the 20th minute, Dreams FC got themselves back on level terms thanks to a solo finish from youngster Ishmael Dede.
Medeama SC nearly restored their lead five minutes after but Fordjour had his shot deflected and nearly got into the net but a great diving stop from Solomon Agbasi saved the situation.
Back from recess, Jonathan Sowah netted his brace just seven minutes from the break to put Medeama SC in the lead once again.
With just four minutes to full time, Ali Huzaif connected a brilliant header to equalize the score for Dreams FC. What a game it was!
Just and when many thought it was over, Hamidu Abdul Fatawu scored a spectacular free kick to make it 3-2 and prolly won the game for the Mauves and Yellows.
It ended 3-2 for Medeama SC who have now returned on winning ways and reclaimed their second spot on the league log.
