FC Samartex 1996 managed to record a 1-0 home win over Aduana Stars in their match-week 20 encounter at the Nsenkyire Park in Samreboi.
The home side commenced the game on a good note with an intense pressure on the backline of Aduana Stars to concede after the half-hour.
On the 33rd minute, Afful opened the score for the Green and Black lads with a fine strike to unsettle the league leaders.
Aduana Stars gained possession to dominate the last ten minutes of the first half but their efforts proved futile as the fixture ended in a 1-0 lead for the host.
