At the Ohene Ameyaw Park, visiting and determined Legon Cities gave Eleven Wonders a fierce encounter as they forced the home team to pull a needed strings in the heart of defense to earn a share of the spoils.
Wonders perhaps choked under the pressure of their recent performance as they failed to capitalize on their home advantage as they succumbed to the goalless draw game.
A Wonders victory would have been great for the home side as it would have given them sole possession to climb out of the relegation zone, tied for the sixteenth spot as they are on 34 points which is quite bad.
Legon Cities on the other hand moved to the middle of the table (8th) on 45 points and will continue their quest for a top 5 finish come the next two matches left at hand.
