Bibiani Goldstars FC continued their impressive performance in debut Premier League season with a thrilling stalemate with Legon Cities on Sunday afternoon.

Legon Cities were held to 1-1 home draw by Bibiani Goldstars in their match-week 31 encounter at the El Wak Sports Stadium in Accra.

 
The first half of the game was much entertaining as both clubs had goal glaring opportunities but their shot-stoppers were brilliant to rescue them from conceding.
 
The first 45 minutes of the fixture ended in a scoreless draw.
 
After lack of goals after the hour-mark, Legon Cities coach Maxwell Konadu switched to 4-3-3 formation which gave his side the opener through Augustine Dosu on the 86th minute of the game.
 
Bibiani Goldstars players and officials halted the game for more than ten minutes to protest against the goal which they felt was illegal.
 
The visitors, Bibiani Goldstars FC, agreed to resume play after the referee had added five minutes which they eventually got the equalizer through Micheal Enu on the 93rd minute of the game.
 
The match ended in a 1-1 draw at the El Wak Sports Stadium.
