On Sunday, Karela United secured a convincing 4-1 victory over Berekum Chelsea in the Ghana Premier League at Cam Park.

 

The hosts capitalized on their home advantage to earn three crucial points.

Karela United scored the first goal of the Week 29 encounter in the 17th minute with a penalty kick converted by Emmanuel Owusu Boakye.

A minute later, the same player scored again to double the lead. Before halftime, Berekum Chelsea's Kharim Ayeh managed to pull one back, but Karela United had a healthy lead going into the break.

After the break, Kofi Ansu Patrick scored a consolation goal for Medeama SC, but a fourth goal from Evans Adomako sealed the comfortable 4-1 victory for Karela United.
