Great Olympics got held by Samartex FC to a pulsating 0-0 draw at the Ohene Gyan Stadium in Ghana Premier League match-day 11 fixture on Monday afternoon.
Coach Annor Walker as usual, maintained Benjamin Asare in post, captain Razak Kasim, Samuel Ashie Quaye, Ebenezer Sekyere, Solomon Adomako, Michael Osei, all made the line up as they aimed at nothing but all three points.
However, Captain Emmanuel Keyekeh also made the visitors starting XI, which also included James Sewornu, Baba Hamadu Musah, young sensation Evans Osei-Wusu and goalkeeper Kofi Baah.
The first half was an open encounter with both teams having more of the ball making some attacks from the flanks but still couldn't find the net.
In the second half, it was still an even exchanges between the teams and had all upped the ante this time around looking for the opener.
Lots of goal attempts were made but again the team sides all looked very compact and resolute in defense and denied all dangers anytime.
The game witnessed everything throughout with the exception of goals as it finished goalless after full time.
