Samartex claimed the tenth position of the Ghana Premier League after a hard-fought 1-0 win against rejuvenated King Faisal at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena in Samreboi.
A Raymond Kwofie’s 14 minute strike was all the PL toddlers needed to go tenth on the Summit.
After recess, the visitors came into the match desperate for the equaliser to continue their resurgence, but the Timber Giants were keen on getting a win at home to put smiles on the faces of their fans by holding the Insha Allah boys at bay.
Samartex have managed to get 4 wins from the 14 games played, having drawn seven and lost three.
On the other hand 13th placed King Faisal have managed to get 5 wins from as many matches, drawing 2 and losing seven.
