Nsoatreman FC head coach Maxwell Konadu has admitted that the Phobians deserved victory in Sunday's Premier League game at the Accra Sports Stadium.

An early striker from Congolese striker Kashala Wanet Ramos was enough to secure Hearts of Oak all the three maximum points and the club's first win of the season after succumbing to an away defeat to Real Tamale United last weekend in the opening games.

Konadu, who joined the Nsoatre based outfit prior to the start of this season, believes Hearts of Oak merited the victory following their dominance in the two halves of the game.

"Good game. Very difficult one. We had red card and we brought in fresh led to augment the squad. It was a good game for Hearts. You cant take anything away from them. They deserved to win," Konadu told StarTimes

"They (Nsoatreman) did their best but wasn't just enough. We were not pushing hard enough. Hearts were keeping the ball and that didn't help us with our rhythm.

"We have a lot to do especially with the away games. Going forward we will try to get the results away from home this season.
