Medeama SC captain Kofi Asmah has joined Togolese champions ASKO de Kara on loan ahead of the 2024/25 season.
The 21-year-old joins the northern Togolese based club on a long loan deal lasting until the end of the season.
ASKO de Kara have one of the Togolese Championnat National's leading defenders in their books, but are in the market searching for top-notch players to augment their squad for the new season as they will participate in the CAF Champions League, which begins next month.
However, the eight-times Togolese champions have resolved to bring on-board the Medeama defender to reinforce their team for the upcoming campaign.
Last season, Asmah played 22 matches and scored one goal for the Yellow and Mauves in the Ghana Premier League.
Asmah was part of the Medeama squad that won the 2022-23 Ghana Premier League for the first time in their history.
