Ivorian goalkeeper Boris Mandjui has earned starting berth for the time after recovering from the long injury lay-off. He returns to the team as replacement for Kofi Mensah, who has conceded most goals in the Medeama's strips.
Defender Baba Abdulai Musah will captain the team with substantive skipper Kwasi Donsu starting from the bench.
Baba will partner Nurudeen Abdulai at the heart of defence while Fatawu Sulemana has maintained his place in the team.
Youngster Moro Mukhtar will play his second competitive game for the senior side after he impressed heavily against Great Olympics.
Prosper Boakye and Manuel Mantey will play at the heart of midfield with Derric Fordjuor deployed on the wings.
