Bibiani Goldstars head coach, Michael Osei has revealed their ultimate target heading into the game against giants Asante Kotoko.
The Miners will welcome the Porcupine Warriors to the Dun's Park on Wednesday afternoon in match-day two of the 2023/24 Ghana Premier League season.
Goldstars lost 2-0 to Berekum Chelsea last week away from home in their season opener and will badly need this victory to get themselves back on winning ways.
Speaking ahead of the game, the enterprising gaffer knows the only motivation that will get them in favourite picture in this new season is to humble Kotoko at all cost to recover from their defeat in the last game.
"We are aiming to beat Kotoko to boost our season after defeat in our first game of the season", he told the media
"We lost to Chelsea, so at all cost, we need to get the whole three points at home against Kotoko and I believe in the team that we can make it."
