Nations FC's head coach, Kasim Ocansey Mingle, is eyeing the Ghana Premier League title as his team continues to impress in their debut season in the top-flight.

With nine wins, four draws, and six losses, Nations FC currently sits in fourth place on the league standings with 31 points, with a game in hand.

In their recent Week 20 clash against Medeama at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Complex, Nations FC managed to secure a 1-1 draw. Abdul Fatawu Hamidu opened the scoring for Medeama before Asamoah Boateng Afriyie leveled the score for the hosts.

After the game, Coach Kasim Mingle expressed his team's ambition to compete for the ultimate prize in the Ghana Premier League.

"Any team playing in the Premiership wants to go for the ultimate, so we are also in it to win it. We are not here just to participate," he emphasized.

Despite the draw against Medeama, Coach Mingle urged the team's supporters to remain patient and supportive.

"I urge the fans to be patient after our draw against Medeama. We defeated the league leaders at their home, but Medeama couldn't defeat us here; they only managed a draw," he reassured.

With their sights set on the league title, Nations FC aims to continue their impressive run and make a mark in their maiden season in the Ghana Premier League.
