Premier League newbies Nations FC have hijacked Hearts of Oak's bid for Leventus Arthur and willing to lure his service in the coming weeks.
The 21 year old just couple of days ago was in advance contact with the Phobians who were hoping to announce his capture by the close of the week.
At just 21, he displayed exceptional talent and dedication while playing for Tamale City last season, despite the unfortunate relegation of the team.
Recognizing his potential, the Accra-based club are keen on securing his services for the upcoming seasons.
It is expected that Arthur will sign a three-year contract with the Phobians, with the possibility of an extension for an additional year.
However, the transfer is on the verge of taking a different twist as Nations FC have now also entered the race and are willing to offer more than what the giants are offering to the enterprising lateral.
Prior to his stint at Tamale City, Leventus Arthur gained valuable experience and developed his skills playing for Cape Coast Ebusua Dwarfs.
