Nations FC have completed the signing of attacker Faruk Mohammed from newly promoted Ghana Premier League side Hohoe United after both clubs finalized all paperwork, Kickgh.com can confirm.

The deal sees the forward move to Abrankese ahead of the 2025/26 campaign, giving Nations FC extra firepower in attack as they gear up for the new season.

Mohammed played a pivotal role in Hohoe United’s promotion charge, netting 15 goals to win the Golden Boot, adding to the 17 strikes he registered in the 2023/24 Zone Three of the Access Bank Division One League season.

The 25-year-old goal sniffer's move marks one of the headline deals of the window, with Nations FC acquiring a player widely admired for his eye for goal.

The deal comes at a decisive stage of the transfer window, as both clubs moved to finalize their squads ahead of the August 31 registration deadline.
