Nations FC are prepared to sell captain Razak Simpson if the right offer is made, the club's Chief Executive Officer Kennedy Boakye-Ansah has stated.
The 27-year-old defender, who has attracted interest from clubs in Ghana, Algeria and Albania following a standout 2024/25 season, is considered one of the club’s most valuable assets.
“We’ve received a few offers, but nothing concrete yet,” Boakye-Ansah told Joy Sports. “We won’t stand in the way of any player who wishes to leave, provided the deal is right for both the player and the club.”
“Razak Simpson is Black Stars material, so he certainly won’t come cheap—but at this stage, we’re not quoting any figures,” he added.
Simpson, who joined Nations FC from WAFA in 2023, played a key role in the club’s defence last season and was part of Ghana’s squad at the 2025 Unity Cup in London. He was also named Home-Based Player of the Year at the 2025 Ghana Football Awards.
