New Edubiase FC have labelled a price tag of Ghc200,000 on their starman Salim Adams who has recently popped up on wanted list of Ghanaian juggernauts Asante Kotoko and other clubs from abroad. 

Salim, left the ‘Yenko Nkoaa’ lads to join giants Hearts of Oak in 2021 but has now returned to the league as they prepare for the new season coming up. 

The 22-year-old despite starting the just-ended season on a higher note for Hearts of Oak still left the club early this year following the expiration of his contract having rejected the extension offers presented to him as he is currently unattached.

The lanky middleman joined the 'Phobians' in 2021 and had a fantastic debut season where he earned himself a season long-loan deal at United States side FC Cincinnati but returned for the second half of the 2023/24 season where where he scored 2 goals and registered 1 assist in 14 games.

He made only 10 appearances last season in the league with a goal to his belt before leaving the capital-based side.

The latest report at the moment is that the Porcupine Warriors have contacted the player and have already started negotiations with his representatives hoping to reach agreement very soon. 

However, Salim is also reported to have gotten offers from two unknown clubs, in Canada and Israel and is currently in talks to choose the best option for himself

Reports surfacing in the local media is that New Edubiase FC have placed a Ghc200k price tag on the stalwart midfielder and unwilling to take anything less from any club.
