Wenchi-based Young Apostles Football Club is reportedly on the cusp of appointing Joseph Asare Bediako as their new head coach, with an official announcement expected by the end of the week.
The 2024/25 Ghana Premier League-bound club has qualified for the top-flight league after defeating Techiman Heros in the Division One League zone one playoff final at the Accra Sports Stadium, marking a historic milestone for the team.
According to sources, Abubakar Adams, who led the team to this achievement, will be named as the assistant coach for the club, working alongside Bediako.
This development comes as a major boost to Young Apostles ahead of their maiden season in the Ghana Premier League.
