Communication Director of Real Tamale United, Sey Mubarak has disclosed that, there haven't received any offer from Asante Kotoko for the service of their captain David Abagna.
The 23 year old started the season on a higher note but injury sidelined him out of action for too long but returned into action in the latter part of the season.
The news in the local media has it that, the Ghanaian champions are in advance talks with the mercurial midfielder and are very close to announcing his signing for the upcoming season.
However, RTU Spokesperson Sey Mubarak has rubbished those claims and added David Abagna is still their player. He told Akoma FM in Kumasi;
"We have not officially received any offer from Asante Kotoko or any other team as has been reported by a section of the media."
"David Abagna is still our player."
"In fact he is not the only player linked to some clubs. Roland Frimpong, and our GK have all been linked to other clubs."
"As management, I can confirm that we have not received any request for him from any club."
"If indeed Kotoko are interested in him, they know the right channel to use." He concluded
