West African Football Academy(WAFA) trio, Derrick Mensah Antwi, Michael Zuo and Emmanuel Intori have left the shores of the country to FC Basel in Switzerland for trials.
The three players are expected to sign for Basel if they impress the technical handlers of the side.
Unfortunately, WAFA were relegated last season after placing seventeenth.
Nonetheless, Michael Zuo was impressive for the academy boys. He scored three times in twenty-four games last season.
18-year-old defender Derrick Mensah Antwi netted ones in twenty-five games.
Emmanuel Intori also notched one goal in seven games for the Sogakope-based side.
FC Basel are currently seventh on the league after two games with two points.
