Aduana Stars coach Yaw Acheampong is aiming to implore a new twinkling moment with his team and rack-up good results in their subsequent games of the Ghana Premier League.

Aduana were narrowly stabbed 2-1 by Nations FC at the Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in a matchday 14 fixture on Sunday.

Despite the defeat, coach Yaw Acheampong dolled off his cap for his players as they fought gallantly through the 90 minutes.

"I think the second half was okay with us. I don’t have to talk much, but I’m happy that my players played very well. We had a better second half than the first half, and we will go back and see what to do next," said Acheampong.

The victory moved Nations FC to the 5th spot with 23 points, while Aduana Stars dropped to the second position with 24 points.

Aduana Stars will travel to Nsoatre to face Nsoatreman in their next game of the Ghanaian top-flight league.
