Two-time Ghanaian champions Aduana FC have announced workaholic midfielder Salim Uzair Bafaada as their first capture of the second transfer window of the 2025/26 football season.

He joins the ‘Ogya’ lads on a three-year deal which means his stay at the Nana Agyemang Badu Park will run until 2029 after a fruitful negotiation and perfectly passing all mandatory medical test.

Official club statement on Facebook reads:

“OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT! We are pleased to announce the signing of Salim Bafaada from Kwamo Future Stars FC.

“The talented midfielder has signed a three-year contract and will immediately join the team in the ongoing season. We warmly welcome Salim to Dormaa.”

The versatile middleman has been outstanding for Future Stars since joining and has delivered series of top-tier performances so far this season including a man of the match display against giants Asante Kotoko in round 64 of the MTN FA Cup.

He played his last game for the Blues over the weekend in their 2-1 win over Soccer Intellectuals and was given a perfect send well by the supporters at the Nana Afrane Okesse Park.

Aduana FC after Salim Baafada will look to add few more signings to establish a redoubtable side for the remainder of the ongoing campaign with defender Samuel Osei Kuffour also set to join soon.

Aduana Stars despite dropping from the top of the league log are still in the race with a point away from current leaders Medeama SC with their double ambition still intact after a 0-2 win over Berekum Arsenal to cruise into round 16 of the league cup.
