Ghana Premier League outfit Dreams FC have completed the permanent signing of central midfielder Seidu Suraj from Accra Hearts of Oak, the club announced on Saturday.
The 24-year-old returns to the 'Still Believe' after a successful loan spell last season, with Kickgh.com reporting earlier this month that talks were at an advanced stage.
During his loan spell with the club, Suraj made seven league appearances and scored once.
"We are excited to confirm that Suraj Seidu has completed a permanent transfer from Accra Hearts of Oak to Dreams Football Club, following a successful loan spell with us last season," Dreams FC said in a statement on social media.
The deal adds experience and stability to Dreams FC’s engine room as they prepare for the upcoming 2025/2026 Ghana Premier League campaign.
