Hearts of Oak have officially unveiled highly rated goalkeeper Eric Ofori Antwi as part of their squad ahead of the upcoming season, as we exclusively reported.

The ex- Kotoko goalie is joining the Phobians on a three year deal after a fruitful negotiations and passing all mandatory tests he went through. Club official statement reads;

"We are glad to announce the latest family member, Eric Ofori Antwi. He signed a 3 year contract after passing his medicals. He joins the pool of great goalkeepers in the squad. He is finally reuniting with his former coaches."

The stalwart shot-stopper started the season on a higher note with a man of the match performance against Hearts of Oak but subsequently lost his position at the El-Wak Stadium to William Essu due to unknown reasons.

Ofori Antwi is coming in with so much experience and exposure but will have to put in extra effort if he wants to become a mainstay as he will face stiffer oppositions from Richard Attah and Richmond Ayi.

Hearts of Oak are looking to establish a redoubtable side with no blemishes heading into the GPL and the CAF Confederations Cup next season.
