As reported to you earlier, Ghana Premier League side Swedru All Blacks have announced experienced gaffer Kassim Ocansey Mingle as their new head coach.

 Official club statement on Facebook reads;

“We are pleased to announce the appointment of Kasim Mingle as the head coach of the club till the end of the season.

The ‘Ozii Ozaa’ lads have been without a substantive coach for weeks now following the resignation of their Egyptian boss Ahmed Fathi in the early stages of the year and have since been on the lookout for his successor.

In his absence, assistant coach Joe Agyemang has been spearheading things for the Black-Whites and is yet to secure a win in the three matches he’s supervised so far with two draws and a defeat.

Swedru All Blacks after over a decade and more finally made their return in the country’s topflight and are hoping for a survival and subsequently establish themselves as a mainstay in the league.

They are currently sitting in 11th place on the league table with 24 points after twenty matches and will travel to champions Bibiani GoldStars in the next round of matches.
