Hearts of Oak are fully prepared and fired up for their upcoming Ghana Premier League match week 33 clash against Legon Cities, according to the club’s Communications Director, Kwame Opare Addo.

Speaking ahead of the fixture against the already relegated royals, Opare Addo expressed confidence in the team’s readiness and mentality as the Phobians aim to secure a crucial three points in their push up the league table.

“God willing Sunday at the Legon Sports Stadium we are playing Legon Cities they are virtually eliminated from the competition but yet again it doesn't give you the bragging rights of strength to beat them,” Opare Addo stated as aired by Peace FM.

"What you will do is that you will work hard with effort so that you win and be able to grab what it is to grab. They have already been relegated, they don't have anything to lose, they will come in prepared and motivated to make a good impact before they leave.

"We know all these things so the coach and the players who will be selected to play the match on Sunday know the responsibility is to do well and protect the image of the club."

Hearts, who have had a mixed campaign this season, see the Legon Cities match as a must-win as they look to finish the league strongly.

The capital based giants has been working intensively at their Pobiman training grounds, with tactical drills, fitness sessions, and match simulations aimed at tightening their approach on both ends of the pitch.

Legon Cities, on the other hand, did not prove to be formidable this season which has gotten them relegated to the Division One League, however, they will be looking to cause an upset.

But with the likes of Hamza Issah and Mawuli Wayo expected to feature, Hearts fans are hopeful that their team will rise to the occasion at the University of Ghana Stadium.
