Berekum Chelsea striker Stephen Amankona is not concerned about dropping points against Hearts of Oak in Friday's clash, rather seeing it as a source of pride to beat the powerhouse at their own turf.
The Phobians will host Berekum Chelsea in match-week 14 fixture of the Ghana Premier League at the University of Ghana Stadium with kick-off at 19:00 GMT.
However, speaking ahead of the crunch encounter - Amankona prefers not to go into the match with fear, instead relishing facing one of the big clubs.
“Just as we did against Nations FC, we will grind the result against Hearts of Oak on Friday. It’s a 50:50 winning chance for each side, but we won’t return home with a defeat. I will plead with our fans to pray for the team,” he said.
The deep-lying attacker has already scored five goals in twelve matches for Chelsea, and will be hoping to add to his tally against the Phobians on December 20.
The Bibires are 8th on the GPL league table with 18 points, just one point behind Hearts of Oak - who are 7th on the log.
