Hearts of Oak winger, Patrick Razak has already agreed personal terms with newly-promoted Ghana Premier League side Nsoatreman FC and is set to join them for the new season, per reports.
The 27 year old since rejoining the 'Phobians' in 2019 has really struggled to establish himself as a mainstay in the team especially under the reign of coach Samuel Boadu.
