Head coach of Asante Kotoko, Prosper Narteh Ogum has stated that he always tells his players to be "very fierce, very aggressive, confident and be more committed."
Ogum, discussing his lads performance after their 2-2 draw with Nations FC, said he has urged his players to play with passion and remember to go by the club's slogan; “wo kum Apem a Apem beba” which literally means 'kill a thousand and a thousand will reemerge'.
Talking to the club’s media team, Ogum said: “We always encourage them that they need to be more aggressive, they need to be more confident and then they need to be more committed on the field because that’s the trademark of Kotoko.
“It - the spirit - was created several years ago when this team was established and in our time we also need to make sure that we sustain and even possibly, make it better," he added.
