Assistant coach of Medeama SC, Stephen Gurah has revealed they are very much focused on winning over Nations FC this afternoon to clear off their sloppy start and get the season back on track.
The Mauves and Yellows haven't been really impressive this season, having lost two matches so far in the league and have just a win against Bechem United in match-day four.
The current champions are lurking at the foot of the league log at the moment with just four points and will need a win at all cost to revive their campaign.
In a pre-match presser, the assistant gaffer admitted their performance in their defeat at Dawu wasn't the best but are very much eager to go in for nothing but three points.
"We have got three things in football and thus win, loose or draw. Our performance in the last game wasn't enough to fetch us all three points so we ended up losing 2-1. So we now have find the problems and find antidote to that."
"Coming up against Nations FC, we hope to right all wrongs this time and make it happen. Trust me, we have nothing to offer the spectators of Medeama SC than to win the game and we going to go direct to claim the maximum three points."
Nations FC however, are heading into the game with so much confidence after holding giants Asante Kotoko to a pulsating 2-2 draw over the weekend in Abrankese.
The game is scheduled for 15:00GMT at the Akoon Community Park.
