Accra Hearts of Oak attacker Daniel Afriyie Barnie has refused to extend his contract with the club which is expected to expire by December, 2022, according to reports in the media.
The Ghanaian international has been an albatross on the necks of the club in extending his contract with viral reportage indicating the players willingness to move abroad after December.
Daniel Afriyie Barnie moved to the Accra-based side three seasons ago after a failed trials with bitter rivals Asante Kotoko and has since been an integral figure in the "Rainbow" club.
