After a massive squad shake up by parting ways with ten players, Asante Kotoko have started their rebuilding already as they look to establish a redoubtable side for the 2023/24 football season.
They have currently turned their attention on Bofoakwa Tano FC captain Saaka Dauda and are pushing to have his service secured in the next few weeks, per reports.
The 24-year-old has been outstanding for the 'Esuo Eyiri Pe Bre' outfit since their days in division one and played a vital role in helping them secure promotion back into the topflight after sixteen years.
The enterprising attacker in the Premier League, also continued with his amazing and stellar form having netted 8 goals in 32 matches but wasn't enough to help his side escape relegation.
His exploits in the topflight has now caught the good eyes of lots of clubs who are willing to lure his service from now henceforth including giants Asante Kotoko.
Saaka Dauda will play his last game for Bofoakwa Tano FC this Sunday, June 23, when they face Nsoatreman FC in the final of the MTN FA Cup.
