Ghana Premier League side Dreams FC have completed the capture of former Asante Kotoko youngster Rocky Dwamena with official announcement very imminent, reports renowned journalist Shaban Mohammed.
The 21-year-old was part of the players that had their contracts terminated by the Porcupine Warriors after the season and was since strongly linked with a move to newly-promoted side Young Apostles FC.
The versatile midfielder joined Asante Kotoko in 2022 when still in high school, from second division side Kharis Football Academy on a three-year contract and had an impressive debut topflight campaign in 2023.
In his two-year stay with the 'Kum Apem' lads, Rocky featured in 23 matches and scored 3 goals and registered an assist within that period and has already expressed readiness for a new challenge.
Dreams FC are expected to announce from now henceforth as their fourth capture in this window having already secured the services of Isaac Yaro, Alhassan Napari Ziblim and Al-Hajj Oumar Nauffal.
Rocky Dwamena, was the captain of T.I Ahmadiyyah SHS, Kumasi (Real AMASS), in the 2023 Ashanti Regional Inter Schools Football competition- where they got evicted by eventual winners Simms SHS in the semi final.
