Former Asante Kotoko playmaker, Charles Taylor has described Prosper Narteh Ogum's second tenure with his former club as a disaster and that he should resigned on his own to save his name.

The Porcupine Warriors at some point were on a very good run in the league this season but have been very abysmal since the commencement of the second round.

The 'Kum Apem' lads, last night, suffered another embarrassing defeat against Nsoatreman FC which marks their fifth in their last six matches as they currently sit tenth on the log with 33 points.

The club's recent ill performance has sparked lots of fury among the Kotoko supporters with majority of them calling for the immediate dissolution of their technical team.

Speaking on Asempa FM in Accra, the five-time GPL winner has urged Prosper Narteh to vacate his position as head coach of Kotoko to save his reputation, since he's shown clearly he can't revive things at the moment.

"Prosper Narteh Ogum won the Premier League with Asante Kotoko, but his second coming has been a disaster, which is not good for him and the club."

"It is very worrying not to have a management team at this team. The IMC is not helping the team because the composition is even not good but then Otumfuo [Asantehene] in his wisdom think it is good for the club. Still, with the performance of Prosper Narteh Ogum, I think it will be better for him to resign from the club to save his reputation."

Asante Kotoko will travel to Dreams FC in the next round of matches on Sunday, April 14, in Dawu
