Legon Cities shot-stopper Sylvester Sackey has been confirmed dead after a short ailment.
Sackey, who played an instrumental role in Legon Cities' Premier League survival last season, passed away on Tuesday evening while battling illness.
The club has confirmed to Kickgh.com of the shockingly departure of the 26-year-old goalkeeper, who made 26 league appearances for Legon Cities last season.
