Berekum Chelsea head coach, Samuel Boadu stressed that their 1-0 loss to Hearts of Oak was not a true reflection of what was seen on the pitch.

The Phobians managed to teach their former coach a lesson by stunning Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park, to end the Bibires ten-game unbeaten home run.

However, Boadu felt that Chelsea had several chances to win and should have been victorious, despite them losing. The Young tactician also mentioned that the Bibires dominance and scoring opportunities were not fully reflected in the final results.

“The result is not the true reflection of the match. It is quite unfortunate. The goal we conceded is unpardonable. It’s football, there is nothing that we can do. We did our best to come back but it didn’t happen. We’ve realized our mistakes and will go back and work on them,” he said.

The upshot of the match helped Hearts of Oak to record their third consecutive win over Chelsea and climbed sixth on the league log with 49 points.
