Hearts of Oak will be without their new capture Seth Osei heading into their crunchy Ghana Premiere League match-week 17 clash against FC Samartex.
The 25-year-old in the course of the week was announced by the 'Phobians' on a two and half year deal after weeks of trials with the club.
The club finally made the much-awaited announcement which means the mercurial playmaker will be available for them in the second round.
However, news has surfaced from a reliable source that coach Aboubakar Ouattara doesn't want to rush things and has decided not to include Seth Osei to the squad for their game but will be available from tomorrow henceforth.
The 'Phobians' have been flying higher offlate and are on a three-game winning streak currently and are not willing to just let this slide when they hit the road to play the champions.
The game against FC Samartex is slated for Sunday, January 19, at the Nsenkyire Sports Complex at 15:00GMT.
