Hearts of Oak have reached a partial agreement with former Ashgold SC midfielder Seth Osei, pending resolution of a transfer clause disagreement.
The club has reportedly accepted Osei’s demands for a monthly salary of ¢12,000 and a signing-on fee of ¢50,000.
However, negotiations stalled when the player requested a 40% onward transfer clause, which Hearts management rejected, citing concerns over the club’s long-term interests.
Talks between the two parties are ongoing, with both sides hopeful of reaching a consensus to finalize the deal.
Osei, a dynamic attacking midfielder known for his creativity and versatility, has been a standout performer in the Ghana Premier League.
His potential addition is seen as a strategic move to bolster Hearts of Oak’s squad as they push for domestic and continental success.
