Head coach of Hearts of Oak, Slavko Matic praised the performance of youngster Linda Mtange in the 0-0 draw with Samartex on Saturday afternoon.

In a lackluster affair at the Accra Sports Stadium, Mtange proved to be a shimmering light as he showed flamboyant confidence on the field of play and was the star man who lit the boring 0-0 draw stalemate.

Speaking to StarTimes after the game, Matic was quick to praise Mtange for his performance: "Linda is a fine player and those who see him know he’s a fine player and a core in our new revolution. We create the future and not only Hearts Of Oak and Ghana Football. His last game was 8 months ago and truly, he will come good in going forward."

Mtange joined the former Ghana Premier League champions from Congolese side AS Dauphin Noir in September, last year.
