The Tanzanian Premier League powerhouse are considering the possible signing of the Ugandan international from Asante Kotoko, according to reports in the East African nation.

Simba SC have reportedly expressed interest in acquiring the signature of Asante Kotoko's to marksman Steven Mukwala Dese for their season's campaign.

According reports in the Tanzanian media, Simba SC are lining up a bid around the region of $150,000 for the acquisition of the former Vipers FC striker from the Ghanaian giants.

Mukwala Dese has been impressive in the Asante Kotoko's shirt since his arrival at the club on a free transfer after ending his stint at Ugandan side URA FC.

 

 

The 23-year-old has managed to notched up has scored ten goals (8 Premier League, 2 FA Cup) and provided five assists in 22 appearances across all competitions this season. He also played two games in the CAF Champions League qualifiers

His sterling output in the Ghana Premier League has earned a return to the senior national team of Uganda for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers double-header against Tanzania.
