Legon Cities FC gaffer, Paa Kwasi Fabin feels his players didn't play to the guidelines he gave them especially in the second half- main reason they lost to the giants.

The Royals gave away a goal lead to suffer another painful 1-3 home loss to Asante Kotoko in GPL match-day 12 clash at the WAFA Arena in Sogakope.

They scored first with a spectacular free kick from skipper Nasiru Moro but couldn't hold on, after conceding three times in the second department of the game.

Legon Cities are now winless in their last five matches in the league, having lost four and drawn one, with their last win coming against Dreams FC in week seven.

Reacting to the defeat, the former Black Starlets coach praised the first half performance of his players but believes they were below par in the second half reason they couldn't earn the win.

Legon Cities FC are still in the relegation zone as they currently sit 16th with 12 points and will travel to Great Olympics to kickoff GPL match-day 13 on Friday.
